Group Sessions

Gather to breathe, remember, and return to what matters—together.

Why Heart Breath?

Heart Breath is a somatic meditation practice that invites you to listen inward—through the gateway of your breath and body.

It’s not about controlling the breath. It’s about partnering with it. Letting it guide you toward your own wisdom, softening what's tight, illuminating what’s ready to be seen, and helping you return to the presence that lives beneath the noise.

In group settings, this practice becomes amplified. We enter a collective rhythm. What one person breathes through, another remembers. We become mirrors, support systems, and sacred witnesses for one another’s unfolding.

Every session is unique, but common experiences include:

  • A deeper sense of calm and groundedness

  • Release of emotional tension or energy

  • Insight, imagery, or intuitive messages

  • Gentle activation of creativity or clarity

  • A sense of being held—by your own breath, and by the group field

You don’t need to “know how to meditate” or be good at anything. You simply need to show up as you are, and breathe.

When we breathe together, something ancient is remembered.

We return to the collective body—a field where healing moves between us. In a world that urges speed and solitude, Heart Breath invites you to slow down, listen inward, and be witnessed as you are.

This is sacred space. Nothing forced. Everything allowed.

Come breathe with us.

My first Heart Breath was a life-changing experience because my physical heart electronically jump-started back on-line after being asleep since a child-hood heart operation. The Heart and this incredible human body we inhabit are electrical energy; I knew this cognitively but I had never felt my Heart as alive and flowing with energy until my first Heart Breath. I am forever grateful to Jess for this gift of knowing the strong beat of my Heart when it is awakened and vibrant, connected to Source and connected to Self.

“Divinity truly just means returning to our most beautiful, essential, expansive, and creative self. The self that is here in this physical plane — ready to shine its light, breathe soul back into this body, and create something full of spirit.”
